Sunny Side Up - Proof of Concept

Welcome to a proof of concept of Sunny Side Up! Inspired by stories my uncles would tell me as a kid I decided to put together a team that would help me put the visuals I had as a kid into a horror/ action graphic novel. The narrative, told through the format of a thriller, explores the effects of generational trauma and the innocent lives that can get caught in the crosshairs. Logline; Billy, a nine-year-old introvert who moves with his family to a farm in isolated Iowa where his evil and traumatized dad abuses his mother and him, causing a wacky maniac who seeks bloody revenge.

Her dress changes to show the amount of abuse she suffers throughout the story.

I hope this graphic novel will accurately depict my creative style to help further my artistic career. With a great team by my side, I hope to see my vision come to life! With eighty pages and three-hundred and fifty-plus drawings, Sunny Side Up is under production! Hopefully, one day turning into a film, and keep giving life to the stories I grew up with!
